Welcome to AI Impact Hub. By accessing or using our website, courses, membership, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About AI Impact Hub

AI Impact Hub is operated by Kyle Behrend. We provide educational resources, online courses, membership programs, and consulting services to help nonprofit professionals leverage AI and automation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Membership and Subscriptions

Free Resources Free resources are available to anyone who subscribes to our email list. By subscribing, you agree to receive emails from AI Impact Hub.

Paid Memberships

  • Explorer Membership: $240 AUD/year (or $20 AUD/month billed annually)
  • Architect Membership: $40 AUD/month
  • $1 Trial: 7-day trial for $1 AUD, then converts to annual membership at $240 AUD/year unless cancelled

Billing Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You authorise us to charge your payment method on file.

Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Trial Cancellation If you signed up for a $1 trial, you must cancel before the 7-day trial ends to avoid being charged the full annual fee.

4. Consulting and Services

Consulting services (including AI Consulting, Implementation, and Strategy Sprints) are provided under separate agreements. Pricing, scope, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information

You must not share your account or membership access with others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Copy, distribute, or resell any content without permission
  • Share course materials, templates, or tools with non-members
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Use our services in any way that could damage or impair them

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AI Impact Hub—including courses, videos, templates, tools, guides, and written materials—is owned by Kyle Behrend and AI Impact Hub.

You may use these materials for your own personal or organisational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display them without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

AI Impact Hub provides educational content and general guidance on AI and automation for nonprofits.

We do not guarantee specific results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort, skills, and circumstances.

Our content is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for specific guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Impact Hub and Kyle Behrend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Impact Hub and Kyle Behrend from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, course platforms, community tools). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AI Impact Hub at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
